Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons as a Supply Teacher on a day-to-day basis.
• Adapting teaching methods and resources to meet pupils' varying learning needs.
• Working collaboratively with staff members to ensure continuity and progress in students’ learning.
• Implementing and promoting the ethos of the school through all interactions with students.
• Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to encourage their academic and personal growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in a teaching or educational support role.
• Expert knowledge in the role of a Supply Teacher and the ability to adapt to various subjects and grades.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on building relationships with students and staff.
• An adaptable and resilient approach to teaching.
