Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and individualized instruction.

• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning atmosphere.
• Implement behavioral strategies and support students with special educational needs (SEND).

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting student learning.
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and different teaching styles.
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting students with SEND is desirable.
