Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
- Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Passion for helping students achieve their potential.
- Experience with special educational needs (desirable).
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
