Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within primary education settings.
• Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development, with a commitment to inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
• Enhanced DBS check required (we support this process).
