Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure student success
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment
- Assist with marking and feedback of student work
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certified Teaching Assistant or relevant qualification is a must
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs
- Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Passion for supporting student success
