Key Responsibilities

• Offer dedicated educational support to assigned student groups in line with their needs and abilities.
• Help prepare, organize, and deliver learning activities under the guidance of the teacher.
• Engage with teachers and parents to report and monitor the progress of the students.
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for each student.
• Collaboratively contribute to school initiatives designed to advance student success.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Educational or equivalent qualifications (NVQ, CACHE Level 2/3).
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role in education.
• Demonstrated ability to support students' learning and well-being.
• Subject-specific knowledge related to the role of a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
