Key responsibilities

• Tutoring and mentoring students, primarily in a one-to-one or small group setting
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to develop learning materials and strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Supporting implementation of our LEARN curriculum, promoting positive attitudes towards learning
• Regularly monitoring and recording students' progress

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Certificate or other relevant qualifications
• Possess solid knowledge and passion for education, specifically working as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience working in a school environment and adhering to educational procedures and policies
• Flexible team player with excellent communication skills
