Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the instructional delivery of lesson plans primarily as a Teaching Assistant.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and additional support members to maximize student learning.
• Engaging actively with the curriculum across all stages, from Nursery to Year 6.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all students feel safe and valued.
• Assisting with the organization of school events, such as our exciting annual Winter Discos.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum knowledge.
• A keen interest in supporting Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) students.
• Ability to team up with a diverse group of educators and commitment to fostering a positive classroom community.
• Adaptability and eagerness to engage in continuous professional development.
