Key Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support in line with the Teaching Assistant's role to assist in managing student behaviour and ensuring a secure learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute constructively to team planning and development.
• Assist with the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons taking into account individual student needs.
• Encourage student participation, maintaining high levels of motivation, and developing lifelong learners.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualifications and/or experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
• Knowledge and understanding of child development and the learning process (essential).
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents (essential).
• Experience working with students who have special educational needs (desirable).
• Adaptable, patient, and resilient with a commitment to child-centred education.
