Key Responsibilities

• Providing subject-specific support to students, both individually and in groups.
• Ensuring the classroom environment remains conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to plan, implement and assess lesson plans.
• Identifying students' specific skills and knowledge gaps and tailoring support accordingly.
• Developing and nurturing students' academic and social development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a teaching assistant or similar support role in education.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and student achievement.
• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
