Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the delivery of robust, inclusive, and personalized learning experiences for each of our pupils
• Collaborate with staff to plan and execute creative and stimulating lessons
• Aid in the development of individual educational plans for students and help monitor their progress
• Nurturing a positive and encouraging environment, fostering a love for learning and personal growth amongst students

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as Teaching Assistant or similar role
• Strong engagement with and passion for the role of a Teaching Assistant
• Essential qualifications in Education or related fields
• Desired subject-specific expertise and proven adaptability in teaching strategies
• Proven ability to work fluently as part of a diverse team
