Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the delivery of robust, inclusive, and personalized learning experiences for each of our pupils
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute creative and stimulating lessons
- Aid in the development of individual educational plans for students and help monitor their progress
- Nurturing a positive and encouraging environment, fostering a love for learning and personal growth amongst students
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Strong engagement with and passion for the role of a Teaching Assistant
- Essential qualifications in Education or related fields
- Desired subject-specific expertise and proven adaptability in teaching strategies
- Proven ability to work fluently as part of a diverse team
