Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support for teaching staff in the classroom, with a focus on promoting an enjoyable and productive educational environment.
• Cooperate and liaise with teaching staff to facilitate the design and implementation of tailored lessons and learning activities, targeted towards each student’s needs and abilities.
• Contribute towards our ongoing 'Behaviour for Learning' initiative, encouraging constructive habits and discipline among students.
• Engage in fostering our ethos of Inclusion and SEND, accommodating and caring for students' individual needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Some previous experience working or volunteering in an educational setting (desirable).
• A strong commitment to child-centred learning and student success.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of our students.
