Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a relevant educational support role.
• Knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to varying classroom environments and student needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
